Since our products are perishable, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your package being delivered broken, send us an email immediately with a clear photo of the damaged product in its original packaging and another product of the same type will be shipped out the following week.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders are shipped within the U.S on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Any orders placed after 10 PM EST on Monday will ship the following week. Gels are made upon order therefore there is a 3-5 business day processing timeframe.

All products are shipped frozen 2 business day express mail (in addition to the processing time). Shipping rates will be based upon USPS weight and zip code standards.

The timeframe that you'll see results will vary since each person's body will process differently. However, we do recommend consistent use for at least 60-90 days.
